Yogaguide Anna Sadhana Pilotti Welcome to spend five days in yoga and meditation at La Casella in the midst of the Umbrian country side. This retreat will be focused on the total awareness, on the meditative state of mind and how to applicate this into our yoga and most probably into our daily lifes. We travel in this life in this body and all bodies are different. It is therefore essential to know ones body when entering the postures of yoga and learn how to feel the posture rather than doing the posture. We often live in a world where we either retreat back from the moment or continuosly plan ahead to gain something. Yoga is about staying with what is and pay attention to what is without the idea that something might happen. Pain might dissolve but it is still a by - product of what yoga is really about. .....→
